Cylinder Delivery
To make your life easier, there are several ways to order your 100 lbs. gas cylinders for household use. Arugas is committed to deliver your gas order as soon as possible right at your doorstep. We do encourage you to place an order for a full cylinder as soon as one of your cylinders is empty. This way you will never run out of gas at home.
The (subsidized) price for one 100 lbs. cylinder is currently Afl. 60.00 for the first 4 cylinders you order in a year.
Besides visiting Arugas personally, you may use any of the following options to place your order:
Commercial Orders
If you are a commercial client with 100 lbs. cylinders at your business, you may place your orders by visiting our office personally or you may use any of the following options to place your order:
Pay.aw
Arugas is on the Pay.aw app which is a super easy and fast way for you to order your 100 lbs. gas cylinder. In the app you will find our gas cylinder icon. Click on this icon and fill in your customer number, and then select pay.
Pay.aw will automatically notify us at Arugas and we will schedule the delivery.
Online Transfer
Arugas works with all the local banks. You can order your cylinder with a transfer in the online banking app of your bank. Before you execute the transfer it is important to fill in your client number and address in the comment/ payment reference section.

After completing the transfer, send us an e-mail at [email protected] to let us know you placed an order via online transfer and we will schedule the delivery.
Call
Place your order by phone by calling +297 585-1198. Have your customer number handy and inform our team member how you will be paying for the order. You have the option to pay cash on delivery, swipe on delivery, pre-payment at our office and online transfer before the delivery.
Send us an e-mail at [email protected] with your order. Don’t forget to mention your client number and address and, unless you pay on-line, how you will be paying upon delivery.
Delivery
Arugas has been delivering cylinders to households all over the island for over 80 years. We make household deliveries every day during the week. The island is divided in 6 different routes. Our drivers visit these routes on specific days during the week to ensure you receive your gas order.

If our delivery team cannot complete the delivery for any reason, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next available day.
